My lady and I were on the GO train on the weekend and had the mis fortune to end up in the same car as these dudes with a capital D, listening to them explain their various pick up techniques, fashion tastes, and pretty blatant homophobia. Here’s a quick taste of their intriguing conversation. My favorite line is ” She’s lucky if she gets to see my stomach”.

As well all know by now,the internet is a big and wonderful fucked up place. Every now and again in the midst of all the cat videos and ads I come across a really cool website that makes our overblown Rogers bill feel worth it.Today’s cyber revelation is  called Odd Music, and it’s basically a web page devoted to the documentation of all sorts of beautiful and crazy musical instruments. Most of the listing have pictures, sound clips, and/or videos of someone playing the thing. It’s mostly stuff I’ve never even heard of  and I’m oh so excited. Have a look and be excited with me…

I haven’t paid much attention to music videos in the past while, but this one made me laugh, and it’s a great song. Young love…..

Been a while since I’ve had my things set up, but today was the day. Gave myself 45 minutes to make about a one minute piece that had to have electronic and acoustic elements to it. Not my best work but gets the wheels turning, the juices flowing, the legs stretching, etc….
